Maison currently ships only within Canada via Canada Post.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment from our shop in Nelson, B.C.

Online orders are processed from Monday – Friday.                                                

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that oversized/overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping.

If you are in the Kootenays, or if you are buying a gift for someone near our store in Nelson, BC, we offer an in-store pickup option free of charge. Choose "Pick Up In Store" in the shipping options, indicate the recipient in the order notes and we will hold the item until they can pick it up.

Cancellations or Changes

Changed your mind? Forgot to add something? No worries! Send us a message at info@maison-decor.ca within 24 hours of purchase and we will sort it out for you!

Please note:  Once a parcel is picked up by Canada Post, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost  packages.

Any amount owing upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer.  

Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.

Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back and any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
